The first pay increase will be 4.75%, 4.25% effective June 28, 2024 and 4.00% effective June 27, 2025. This a 13% pay increase for all eligibility workers. We will see the change in our paystubs on December 8th. The game changer to this package is a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). In the last 17 years our bargaining unit had not been able to achieve a benefit this significant.
